  • TNFRSF10B Antibody
  • Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with CSB-PA08165A0Rb at 1:200, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) .

Product Type: Polyclonal Antibody

Target Names: TNFRSF10B

Aliases: Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 10B (Death receptor 5) (TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand receptor 2) (TRAIL receptor 2) (TRAIL-R2) (CD antigen CD262), TNFRSF10B, DR5 KILLER TRAILR2 TRICK2 ZTNFR9

Background: Receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TNFSF10/TRAIL. The adapter molecule FADD recruits caspase-8 to the activated receptor. The resulting death-inducing signaling complex (DISC) performs caspase-8 proteolytic activation which initiates the subsequent cascade of caspases (aspartate-specific cysteine proteases) mediating apoptosis. Promotes the activation of NF-kappa-B. Essential for ER stress-induced apoptosis.
