Product Type: Polyclonal Antibody

Target Names: NIF3L1

Aliases: NIF3 NGG1 interacting factor 3-like 1 (S. cerevisiae)

Background: NIF3-like protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NIF3L1 gene. NIF3L1 has been shown to interact with COPS2. Expression analysis on cell lines revealed strong overexpression in a spermatogonia-derived cell line and a teratocarcinoma cell line. A human NIF3L1/GFP fusion protein showed localization of the protein in the cytoplasm.
