Product Type: Polyclonal Antibody

Target Names: CDC25A

Aliases: CDC25M3; MPIP1; Dual specificity phosphatase Cdc25A; M-phase inducer phosphatase 1;

Background:

Tyrosine protein phosphatase which functions as a dosage-dependent inducer of mitotic progression. Directly dephosphorylates CDC2 and stimulates its kinase activity. Also dephosphorylates CDK2 in complex with cyclin E, in vitro.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Uniport ID: P30304

Host Species: Rabbit

Species Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat

Immunogen: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of serine 178 (Q-N-S (p) -A-P) derived from Human CDC25A .

Immunogen Species: Human

Applications: ELISA, WB

Tested Applications: ELISA, WB;WB:1:500-1:1000

Purification Method: Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates. Antibodies were purified by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. Non-phospho specific antibodies were removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide.
