  • IHC image of CSB-PA015655LA01HU diluted at 1:400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human heart tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0) . Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

Product Type: Polyclonal Antibody

Target Names: NDUFB8

Aliases: NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 beta subcomplex subunit 8, mitochondrial (Complex I-ASHI) (CI-ASHI) (NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase ASHI subunit), NDUFB8

Background: Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
